Packaging was intact and secure so was pointing more so to seller error in my opinion . The seller directed me to resolve through eBay as they denied any knowledge of the damage. Communication with seller was quick. Initial cost of packaging was good and packaging as mentioned above was excellent, sent in a sturdy box. eBay have concluded matter and provided full refund. Because of this message, I made a point of inspecting the item before dispatch and it was as described. Whilst I accept that the item may have been damaged in transit the buyer is insistent that I unwittingly or knowingly posted a damaged item, which is not the case. I suggested that he opened a case with eBay so they could mediate resulting in a refund being issued
