I also used it to diagnose a fault on my next door neighbour mercedes van, after emailing him the faults, he was very skeptical this was a genuine product and did nothing about the report, less than 2 weeks later the van broke down and now requires a new or rebuilt engine. Let's just say he has asked me not to mention to anyone he knew about the problem before the break down.
