    The ride is the same as with the air suspension. My mechanic installed this within the day and had the wheels realigned. So, after spending THOUSANDS on the X5 (F15) air suspension the past 4 years, this seems to have solved our problems.

    While not complicated to fit, be aware of what spring compressors you use. There is not much space to remove them. I found it easier to leave the spring compressors in until I refitted all bolts and joints removed to get the spring in. It was awkward to remove the spring compressors, but easier then removing them first and having loads of issues trying to refit the bolts and joints. Ended up having to refit the compressors.
