    Quality of the blades are terrible, Even my old 11 years used blades worked better than the item. with the new item, hairs were not cut, but torn out or root out. very irritating feeling. Not recommended. not worth of get refunded, the product goes to the garbage can. Very disappointing. i will not accept even the seller provide free new another item after reading this article. Rather, i suggest other future probable purchaseres buy sh70/71 philips genuine model which competible with rq series.
