    The best you can buy

    These are simply the best. They really do last for hours and have really eased my neck and shoulder pain. They have been the only thing that has worked for me so I could not be without them. I don't wear them on the back of my neck as my pain is more to one side and down onto my shoulder but it does not matter where you place the wrap it works just the same. I would advise that you make sure the wrap is pulled tight to get good contact for maximum effect. I where them next to my skin and have never had any problems but I would not apply one and then go to bed as it might cause a minor burn if you are sleeping with it compressed against your skin and not moving around so that the air is circulating around the wrap.

    Effectively reduces pain

    I find these heatpads easy to apply and effective to reduce pain in my neck. The gentle heat is distributed slowly. I have had a heatpad on for a full day or overnight so know the heatpad can emit warmth for 12+ hours.
