    Had been previously on a monthly HP contract, which got too expensive for what we were printing, so we cancelled it. Was a little anxious if these cartridges would work, as HP seemed to control and stop my printer working remotely when they wanted, but happy to say I fitted these refilled cartridges yesterday with no fuss and it printed with no trouble. It did tell me that the cartridges had been used before, but really happy so far.

    Cartridge fault

    When the cartriges arrived i replaced both of them at the same time but the black and white one wouldnt work at all because the old one still has a little bit of ink in it i have had to keep using it

    This sort of thing happens now and again.

    I have never known this before from any new Ink Cartridges, The Black Ink Cartridge ran out of Ink in very little time, I have yet to use the Colour Cartridge to see if that is all right. I am sorry to writer such a bad review. Kenn.

    Poor Quality

    My printer instantly recognised the cartridge as not of genuine quality. The colour of the ink was poor and unless chosen with blue ink to print (if normal black set) nothing will be produced on the sheet. Very disappointing!
