      Consume with caution......

      If you have a good food diet then there is no need to take these too often. If you do take one then do it in the early part of the day after eating....... I only took the occasional one and boy did they make me feel ill. I thought i was in for a big illness because of the unusual sharp aches in the stomach. I was quite worried for a few days. I would suggest to use these only if you really have to ...........and take one days apart. The same could be said for any health tablet like probotic tablets.
