To take so long to send such a poorly packaged item is unforgivable. The seller has been told many times to improve his packaging but disregards constructive feedback. He pretends to be an individual just clearing out his closet when in reality he has over 200 golf items for sale. To operate in the golf space, you have to package well. The club was sent within the allotted time and next day delivery free of charge as I do for all items. Club was packaged twice over as you asked for upgraded packaging which I did. The club got there safely and within 5 days of ordering but not anything about that. Thank you anyway, Cory
