I explained to them that without it being signed it’s just a bit of paper with no value. Got no further response after multiple messages, so sent item off to Beckett. There is no surer way to know your item is genuine than to buy it from the comapny that books these guests out. There can be a delay for the item going on the online portal as we have so many to do.
