Shipping time was reasonable, price "in the ballpark". Quality, condition & appearance were all perfect. The issue is that NO shipping info is provided to the Buyer because the item appears to be drop shipped from the original source. In the end, it all worked out, but I was left having zero visibility to when I would receive the item and I am in the middle of a project and that caused some serious concern.
