I have had two sessions and already I feel a benefit as I am housebound and restricted mobility. It is easy to move and easy to use. The remote helps offer more control whislt seated. I am using it in a large chair but I guess it will work wherever you are seated. It is quiet and I hope to have much use and benefit from it in the future.
