However the courier DPD service is very poor, they let Burtons and their customers down. DPD not turning up when they text one with a delivery ETA, then text again saying that they have missed you. It is very frustrating when you sat in waiting for your goods to arrive and you are 100% sure that nobody has even tried to deliver your order.
