Congress wants the post office run for profit rather than as a service to us, so higher shipping charges have become a deterrent to shopping online for me. I am counting on my pleasure at having this bowl outweighing the unhappiness of shipping costs. I wrote this editorial in my review because eBay requires longer written reviews. Everything was perfect: Communication, Pictures, Description, Price, Bundled Shipping, Secure Packaging...Then USPS Gremlin attacked. Through a heavy box, layers of bubble wrap and heavy packing paper, Mug was broken. Sent Seller a message with pictures and requested a refund... Seller refunded my money immediately and then messaged me with a heart felt apology. I thanked her & placed another order. I'm still a frequent shopper!
