Well packed and came with it's original box. I haven't used it yet other than to switch it on. It came with a QR code to get the instructions but I have just down-loaded them from the internet. This is my second air fryer. My son wanted me to get one so I bought a cheap small air fryer just to get an understanding of how they work. Great quality and value for money.Looks great.

I rang ninjas customer support and the offered me a brand new replacement to make up for the issues for the same price. Excellent company, I have several items from them and they always look after their customers and resolve any issues that may occur. Extremely happy with my appliance and buying extras.
