Well packaged, good clean condition, all manuals and tools enclosed. Very easy to use, and the suggestions booklet that comes with it is very clear, and gives some good, fun ideas. Easy to clean after use. The jug is quite heavy - much heavier than the old soup kettle to lift, and the blending process for smooth soup is extremely noisy, but the food when finished was well worth that small inconvenience.
