They hold the heat well so a lower heat setting can be obtained faster than my old pans. The handle on the small pan is just a tad too heavy and makes the empty pan unstable until it has something in it. The larger 28/30cm one is fine. But both are well worth the cost to a serious cook. Go onnnnnnn - spoil yerself !!!!!!!!!

I rang ninjas customer support and the offered me a brand new replacement to make up for the issues for the same price. Excellent company, I have several items from them and they always look after their customers and resolve any issues that may occur. Extremely happy with my appliance and buying extras.
