All down to Royal Mail who didn't tell the seller or me of what was going on. The empty packet was returned to sender and Ola arranged for a replacement to be sent, which arrived on time as expected. The item itself is perfect for what I needed it for. In new condition, great value and very easy to fit and remove the filter, even with both hoses fixed; the top unscrews easily. Very pleased..

Packaging is not the same as shown but contents seem just as good. When I have had to contact seller due to a non delivery they corrected the error immediately with no fuss.
