Everything arrived in the box, (including little tools to put it together). There was the tiniest little scratching on one of the glass parts (which is not noticeable or annoying in any way). It was easy to put together (took under 10 mins) and looks lovely. Very happy with purchase (and price). Highly recommended A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I contacted the seller with photos and requested a 1/3 refund due to 1 of 3 items being damaged. I was offered a refund/return or a 25% refund. Explained I wanted to keep items but 1/3 discount Would be more fair.
