    Item fine. However postage was described as “free” I then had “insufficient postage paid” by Royal Mail. I had to pay additional cost of £3.50 before post office would release parcel. Which by this time was late delivery. (Birthday missed) Contacted seller and they didn’t see a problem and wouldn’t pay postage. Absolutely awful customer service! Very disappointed and let down, will not use again.
