    This item was ordered 13th Dec, in plenty of time for Christmas delivery, item hasn t arrived, no tracking details provided until 22nd, and then details sent weren t my tracking details but the seller s from Hermes to Ebay for Authenticity guarantee process. Ebay states they didn t arrive at warehouse, Seller didn t check delivery his end to make sure they had arrived in the Ebay Warehouse? So no shoes, waiting on refund, 2-days before Christmas and no main present for my daughter!

    You paid 13th Dec, I posted them 14th Dec morning (within less than 24 hours) with Next Day Delivery to the address I was given by Ebay and I marked them as dispatched 14th Dec. Tracking details were provided,Ebay didn't update it they said this was their error. Courier said there have been severe delays due to Christmas. I'm sorry they didn't get delivered to you, it is not my fault the courier did not deliver. You have been refunded I never received any money from you as Ebay keeps it on hold.
