The only issue is that the on/ off button and the volume dial are difficult for an elderly person to manage. They could be bigger and more obvious. She needs help,turning the head phones on and off. There is also a button that turns from television to head phones and this is easily altered. The promotion said good for senior people however using the headphones is not user friendly for the elderly.
