    The item arrived on time. It wasn't the colour I asked for and the quality was poor. I had very unhelpful correspondence with the seller. I started a return and chose Royal Mail as this did not require a printer. My photo of the QR code could not be read at the post office. I cancelled the return request in order to start again but this has not been possible. I'm left with an item I don't want and no way forward.

    I was not unhelpful at all. I told you that I didn't have a cream one and that it is only white advertised, its pure 100% cotton and brand new never worn so not sure how the quality is bad. I said happy for you to return it so not sure how i can be blamed that you didn't know how to return it or that you needed a printer and that your QR code didn't work?
