    this was absolutely the best experience of trying to buy something online i have ever had. the pool cue i tried to buy was checked by the seller and i was contacted to say the quality was not good and he would not sell it to me. we went back and forth over a few days to find a suitable replacement. i will be recommending to my friends to check out this site if they are looking for a cue. shows great integrity to not just send it and hope i don't notice the defect.
