    Thank you for excellent communication!! I received all of the items I ordered, although they did not arrive all at one time. The order arrived on 3 different days, weeks apart. Nothing to do with the seller, most likely the shipper. Boxes suffered badly during shipment. The rollers are quite heavy and wore through packaging exposing them. I thought one was lost forever, but it showed up. Seller always responded promptly considering they were in China. I would buy from again.
