I ordered at 8pm on a Sunday, it was delivered 2pm Tuesday. The form to get it VAT free was was easy to complete online. The wheelchair is robust and comfortable. The folding mechanism is easy to use and because it splits into two I can lift it into my car. It's also easier to fit into a medium sized boot in two pieces. So far it has coped with a muddy track really well, so now I can walk the dogs again now.
