No missing parts or screws etc but one nut hasn't been threaded so unable to use it. Seem sturdy and secure Overall I would give this product a 7/10

Easy to follow instructions but does take few hours to build and a two person job. I didn't realise it comes in was two packages only one package turned up but seller did sort very quickly when the seller recieved message from me and sent the 2nd package out very quickly came next morning by 10am. Brilliant all round.

When building it i found that I was missing some bolts, I messaged them and got a response in less than a day with an offer of a 10% price refund or have the bolts sent to me. I chose option 2 and a full set of fixings arrived a couple of days later. This company is reliable and has trustworthy. The bed was finished and is a great purchase.
