    Item arrived well packaged, however coa wasn’t signed nor was it on the database I reached out and was told it is now in the database however the coa doesn’t need to be signed. I explained to them that without it being signed it’s just a bit of paper with no value. Got no further response after multiple messages, so sent item off to Beckett. Poor customer service, I’m sure they will respond to this once it’s posted though!

    We do not sign the COA's and they do not need to be signed. It is not just a bit of paper with no value, each certificate marries upto the holographic sticker on the item which was obtained at our shows with proof images. There is no surer way to know your item is genuine than to buy it from the comapny that books these guests out. There can be a delay for the item going on the online portal as we have so many to do. Third party organisations cannot guarantee a signature is real. We can.
