I should have looked at the photo more carefully as they are made of plastic so not so easy to grip but they do the job. Would be great if this company could get their weights made in the UK as these 16kg were shipped from China which seems a bit crazy in this age of sustainability - but I guess this is reflected in their pricing, the best price i could find for these weights.
