    Hi, thank you for your feedback! I'm so SORRY that it didn't meet your expectations. I gently cleaned it and packed it with care. But gold-plated jewelry can tarnish due to environmental factors. To restore its shine, I recommend taking it to a jeweler or gently polishing it with a soft cloth and a mild silver cleaner or baking soda mixed with warm water. Please put it in a cool, dry place away from humidity & direct sunlight, wear it mindfully to avoid chemicals (perfume, hair spray, etc.).
