Firstly he contacted me to show me a picture of the actual item to check it was the colour/shade I wanted, then advised me of the additional VAT (almost £40.00) I would have to pay to bring it into the UK (BIG THANKS TO ALL THE BREXIT VOTERS YET AGAIN!) and offered to refund my money if this was an additional expense I had not anticipated and could not afford. What a decent guy.

Stattdessen wurden mir 2 tadellose längere Rüttelbretter geschickt die ich mir so zurecht schneiden kann wie ich sie brauche. Sowas nenne ich mal kundenfreundlich. Zu 200 % weiter zu empfehlen. Ich "halbiere" hierfür 10er mit "Mängeln" im unteren Bereich. Ich hatte das mit den 10ern nur als kostenloses Upgrade vorgeschlagen, weil ich keine mangelhaften Regale mehr hatte und dann ein "gesundes" Regal beschnitten hätte. Das passte dann, weil du es dann anpassen kannst auf ein Zwischenmaß - so wie es passt. Aber die Option gabe es noch, es auf MINI (80cm) zu kürzen.In dem Fall ein Missverständnis der passenden Art :-).
