It would have been much better if it had been in gold to stand out. Embossing a name with no colour cannot be seen easily. That could be improved upon.

I have picked up a better one from B&M for less than half the price & better quality. I tried to resolve the matter with the seller but wouldn’t accept a return due to it being customised with dog’s name offered £2.60 refund & I had to get eBay involved to receive that so be be very aware!!!!!
