The air freshener is particularly potent ;) It was very well packaged with lots of bubble wrap and in a sturdy box. My only (slight!) issue was that the retracted power cord stank of cigarette smoke when I first unwound it but the air freshener soon put paid to that. Many thanks for great service and an excellent product
