They sent the merchandise not from Spain or EU at all, but from Emirates, with false invoce for 1/10 of actual value, causing problems with customs for me (there would be no custom if EU/EU delivery). Still they promised to cover the customs (over 30%, as I warned them). At the end they did not. No contact, no respond. However, delivered from Pakistan despite location described as Barcelona and therefore import tax required on top of $20 delivery charge. Requested refund for tax but no action.
