      Well, it was shipped but tracking not used so I haven’t received it from AU. Seller nice enough but as she wouldn’t give me her shipping information that the PO asked for, they could not check here-no name and no address -I’m Not into stalking & at 16,000k away! How can a huge system be checked in our largest city without that? I say positive but I was. as I waited, communicative.It’s very expensive lipstick for me. I am really disappointed as she should have co-operated . Use tracking.

      Item sent by AUS Post e-parcel after cleared payment, the delay by AUS Post is really out of my control. I have logged a case with AusPost and they couldn't locate the item either. Thus, We have issued a full refund regardless.
