Live wire already frayed under hold-down screw and none of the screws on this sensor unit tightened to correct torque. Black-box control unit not sealed properly. Clearly no final inspection before dispatch. It may only be 12 volt, but there was a clear safety issue present if this alarm had been connected to a power source. This was the first I have heard from the buyer, There is no neutral wire to the door sensor,If the screws were not tight it would not pass its test (which it did), the black box is not a sealed unit it is clipped together. use a torque wrench on Phillips screws? I have sold hundreds of these alarms without any having the issues you allege, It is also noted the buyer never returned the item or requested a return or emailed to complain, clearly a revenge negative for 1 i left for wrong item
