    The hay stinks to high heaven does not smell like quality but does smell of wet or been wet, would not recommend this in anyway for any small animal let alone horses

    Very difficult to access the hay and pull it apart.

    The ordering and delivery were trouble free. The hay is generally of good quality if a little dusty where it rubs against the packaging. Trouble is it is therefor incredibly messy to get out of the packaging and the dust goes everywhere. I usually store hay in my double garage but I opened this bag outside because it was so difficult to open. When I finally got through the packaging the dust from the edges as I lowered the top to access the hay caused such a mess I moved it to the back garden where I have the double hutches and run. I hoped the hay had been pressured into layers so although I expected it to be tightly packed I needed it to come out easily as it does in a 'Box of Hay'. In reality this is a brick of hay and you have to hack at it to loosen the hay. I would love to know from ...

    The best

    This is the only hay I've bought in a year and a half now! Fantastic value for money, and great to know I can order it and it come the next day for when I suddenly realise I'm running out! It can be difficult to get out the pack to begin with due to it being so compressed, but this is solvable by splitting one of the sides of the bag. And a con I'm happy to live with for great quality hay for such a decent price.

    Best Quality Meadow Hay Bale 12Kg

    It looks like nice hay to me, my Rabbits love it. 🐇🐰 If I was a rabbit I would too 😁 The only thing that bothers me is it's so difficult to pull out of the pack, because it's so compressed. But that is only a good thing because it means it's such good value for money. I'd definitely buy this hay again. Thank you so much 😀

    My bunny is very happy!

    I have a little banny and in the last period was very difficult to find hay in the store such as tesco or sainsbury's.. So I decided to buy it online.. The shipping was very fust and the quality is very very good..The only bad thing is the packaging. It's very difficult to take the hay off. But isn't a problem! Thank you very much
