    Fantastic!

    Just bought another because my family keep eating it. It's only half the calories of normal shop bought jam and taste so much better and fresh with no preservatives. I tried Strawberry as my starter as per ' Helens Instructions'. You get everything included including the instructions. I can't believe how easy it was to make and my kids are going to join in on the second round. I've tried to make Jam before but it never set. This one is apparently guaranteed to set and it did. Can't recommend enough. You don't need to buy any extra bits as everything is included in this Kit. Just fab, I look like a proper cook!

    Very pleased it's gorgeous

    Do a rolling boil for 3 mins, this apparently activates the pectins in the special sugar and hey presto, you have special home made low calorie Jam Don't need a jam pan just a large sauce pan All you need to make these 6 Jars of strawberry jam, is 1kilo of strawberries and the juice of a lemon and that's it, nothing else, I can't believe it. It's gorgeous.

    First time jam maker does good!

    I have been looking for a kit for a while as my dad makes amazing marmalade and was very keen to get started straight away! I did a bit of research & picked this as it had everything (except fruit) included & looked easy to use for a first timer ! I just used a large saucepan I already had, no need for a special jam pan, it took about 1KG of strawberries and just the juice of a lemon & that's it ... nothing else and made the most amazing jam, it's gorgeous. I gave my dad a jar and he was very impressed! It's a fab kit and I think perfect for a present / stocking filler for a Christmas gift! (Just a note I found during my research, do a rolling boil for a few minutes this apparently activates the pectins in the special sugar which makes the home made low calorie jam)
