      nice product, just what the doctor ordered. tube is too small. could be larger than the 1 7/8". should be maybe 2 1/4 " so it would fit everyone who purchases one better so they don't have to purchase a larger tube and have additional expense.

      Knock on Wood

      Highly recommended with a couple of caveats. It creates the vacuum necessary and has an efficient method of loading the ring(s). If you intend to use this for sex my advice is to practice by yourself until you are proficient in using to achieve an erection. Once you have reached that level of proficiency spend another week or 2 and practice loading the various rings. It will take some time to do that and to find the right sized ring(s). Keep in mind there are better rings out there and if one ring is not adequate try two.

      needs better opening

      Comes with a very thin membrane you place over penis to avoid sucking surrounding tissue into tube but it doesn't work. It sucks surrounding tissue into tube. Tried several methods but was not successful in keeping just the penis in the vacuum tube.
