    Quick fix

    Started search for replacement piece and saw some options came with a tool, read reviews looked on YouTube found tool not required. Just to be sure took off old worn part (persistence is key) before I placed order, so satisfying when an instructional video works. Ordered part without tool, came in 48 hrs, adequately packaged, popped it on, job done, boss impressed. On this basis gets 5 stars, if price were thrown into mix maybe 4/4.5 just feel if you design I product with a piece intentionally made to wear out, you should get a spare with the product or it should be a bit cheaper. Theory is part wears out before motor, we blend soup with ours, soup not rocks, had we known probably would have chosen a more robust blender, live and learn.
