Hat sofort ne Rücküberweisung veranlasst, waren wenigstens 2/3 des Gesamtbetrages. Hab gedacht er spricht perfekt Deutsch, hat er aber nach eigener Auskunft nur mit Übersetzer gemacht .

The level of service received was outstanding. The shade arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The quality is very good and the value for money is fair. Will definitely use Mamma again, we have similar lamps that need shades replaced in the future.
