    I was in the process of cancelling the listing when the buyer purchased. Unfortunate timing and buyer was contacted with an explanation straight away. Refund was also issued immediately (within 10 minutes of purchase). I can understand the disappointment on not having the item, and having to wait 3-5 days for a refund but I am surprised by the negative feedback and comment within.
