    Bitish polise and family drama with unique twists

    Here we have the complex and raw drama of the lives of a gifted police officer, her family and colleagues. The day-to-day insanity of ordinary people, reflecting our times and troubles. Though their tales are full of hurt, these stories are also real, full of three dimensional people whose character development is most engaging to watch. The performances are emotionally harrowing, affecting and tender. The story lines are so well produced, that they are immediately arresting and the audience cares about what happens in these people's lives. The image quality is close to as good as DVD gets. The audio is just stereo, therefore missing out on the opportunity of a more engaging and immersive sound design of a surround track.

    Happy Vally Series 1

    Great story, well written and acted by a fantastic cast. I flicked through the channels when the series was first on and thought Rachael from Coronation Street as a police officer, I don't think so..... How wrong I was she is really believable in this gritty drama. Don't take my work see the series. (Series 2 is just as good and there will be a series 3 in time)
