    Customer never informed me the dvd hadnt been received. Once noticied this i contacted customer to apologise that courier had lost it and he should have informed me too. I have send a replacement dvd to the customer (i have proof of postage for both) so hopefully when this one is received he will change his feedback as i did everything in my power to sort and rectify this for the customer.
