    Sent a £7.50 comic in a flimsy envelope. No backing board, not in a cardboard mailer. Comic arrived dented and bent in half. Poor service. Contacted but no response, l had to open return on ebay. Not acceptable.

    Wow!!!!!! The comic was sent in a card mailer and probably bent in the post or by the customer. Refund granted the same day as requested. People like this stamp their feet to gain attention and make sellers look bad when all it takes is a little simple communication and patience. I've sent 1000's of comics and had no complaints.
