I had to pay extra charge at Royal mail sorting office otherwise they wouldn’t release the parcel. To add to the issue, it wasn’t the product that was listed ( not the eco ones anyway) seller was insisting that I swapped the item out and refused to refund . Had to contact eBay CS which was a lengthy process. He is not stating the truth. We sent the correct item it was the original Eco air fryer liners but the buyer refused to believe that. we asked for a picture of the item received but we did not receive it. another untruth is the buyer stated that we swapped the item which we did not do and this did not reflect in the messaging. in the end the buyer received a full refund. in summary a terrible experience with this buyer for such a low priced item.
