    Very sad about this experience. My item arrived late and broken into pieces. I refused it. I was promised in writing a repaired glass and frame. Instead, I was later offered it’d be sent without frame and glass. I did not accept. Seller was at least honest and refunded me full amount. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the art piece with the frame and glass, as advertised. I’m never buying art from eBay again.
