This lastest one was a used item, and I could see the box had been opened, but the bolts and fittings was a brand new package. Arrived an hr ago and now up and working. Looks neat and 99% of the time the arm is behind my screens, so they cannot be seen. One thought - you have to trun the adjustment screw a lot

I have no hesitation recomending this product, you can clamp on the side of a table or Drill a small 10mm hole and secure through the table.
