I wanted it because my old Roland midi-music player uses 3 1/2in floppies which are now obsolete and the few I have are beyond formatting, I take it because of age. Sadly this floppy is also beyond formatting and saving files onto, again, I take it because of age. It could just be from experience the head in the ROLAND has a grain of grit on it that's wrecking the disks - do any of your old disks still read?
