He claims it was brand new. It was not brand new. The box was used. I paid almost $200 for this clock and the face of the clock was totally different from the picture of the clock. It’s not the one that I ordered nor did I want it and he doesn’t take returns. If the clock was the correct clock, I would be very happy but it is not very disappointed.
