Although, there is the occasional ‘twang’ sound when getting off at the end of the bed it is very comfortable and supportive of my back. The customer service is incredible and you are kept updated throughout the whole process. I had to change my delivery date as it was due to arrive earlier and Klien Interiors were very accommodating. The delivery people were happy and helpful too.

Gives very good nights sleep as sleeper said. The memory foam mattress wasn't as deep as I'd hoped, & bed was lower than I'm used to - solving both issues by using my old mattress under new one - very comfy!
